On the morning of March 24th, Dean Peng Xuyun from the Sino-German College of Intelligent Manufacturing at Shenzhen Technician College, along with Sun Zhijuan, Director of the Intelligent Optoelectronic Technology Research Office, Luo Fei, Director of the Industrial Internet and Big Data Application Research Office, Cui Xiaogang, Director of the Mechatronics Integration Technology Research Office, and Shi Keli, Director of the General Office, visited the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering for an exchange visit. Lin Jilin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Lin Na, the graduate tutor, and doctoral representatives attended the exchange meeting, warmly welcoming Dean Peng and his delegation. During the meeting, Dean Peng Xuyun introduced the overall situation of Shenzhen Technician College. Established in 1985, Shenzhen Technician College currently has 13 secondary colleges and 40 majors. Among them, the Sino-German College of Intelligent Manufacturing, as one of the characteristic specialty colleges of Shenzhen Technician College, adopts the German "dual system" education model as its educational feature and possesses a first-class intelligent manufacturing professional group. Dean Peng introduced the future development vision of Shenzhen Technician College and expressed the hope for strengthened communication and cooperation in various aspects such as scientific research, talent cultivation, and recruitment.
Secretary Lin Jilin expressed a warm welcome to Dean Peng and his delegation, hoping that both sides could take this opportunity to further cooperation. Secretary Lin mainly introduced the basic situation of our school in terms of historical evolution, faculty strength, scientific research, achievement transformation, and talent cultivation, while Teacher Lin Na supplemented information on industry-education integration, achievement transformation, and school-enterprise cooperation. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on talent introduction, recruitment requirements, and other aspects.
Subsequently, Secretary Lin gave an overview of the employment situation of the doctoral graduates of the class of 2022 and the current signing situation of the class of 2023. Dean Peng and the doctoral representatives present engaged in in-depth communication on recruitment intentions, job conditions, research work requirements, and job assessment promotion mechanisms.
