Launched by the Chinese Society for Radiation Protection and hosted by China National Nuclear Corporation and China General Nuclear Power Group, the 11th “Nuclear + X” Extracurricular Creativity Competition for College Students received 1,907 entries from more than 100 universities. Following provincial and national judging rounds, the competition’s final and exchange event was held on October 11 at Tianjin Nuclear Industry Institute.After review by the competition jury, Shenzhen University received one Excellence Award in Group 2 of the National Science Popularization and Creative Works category. In the Guangdong provincial competition, our university won one Second Prize and 12 Excellence Awards. Shenzhen University also received the Outstanding Organization Award. Two students, Yu Chuanhao and Fu Zhehao, were named Outstanding Science Popularization Educators. Nine teachers from the Nuclear Technology Institute, including Li Jingchun, Chen Sijuan, and Wang Jipu, received Outstanding Advisor honors.We extend our warm congratulations to all the faculty and student teams for their outstanding achievements in the “Nuclear + X” Extracurricular Creativity Competition for College Students!
