欧阳征标，男，1963年生，博士，教授，博导，中国光学工程学会首届理事，美国光学学会高级会员，中国光学学会高级会员。1983年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学无线电工程系，1988年博士毕业于电子科技大学物理电子学专业，1992-1993年在德国汉堡工业大学高频技术研究所做访问学者，是广东省第四届千百十省级培养对象、深圳市首届双百计划人才、深圳市地方级领军人才、台湾元智大学2005年客座教授。研究领域包括光子晶体、超材料、光子集成器件、光通信、太赫兹技术等。曾任教育部电子科学与技术专业教指委委员、中国太赫兹网专家委员，《Sci.World J.》、《Integrated Opt. Lightw.: an Int. J.》、《Am. J. Optics and Photonics》、《J. Mater. Nanosci.》、《光子学报》和《Terahertz Sci. and Tech.》等诸刊编委。1988年加入深圳大学，曾任电子科学与技术学院副院长、院教授委员会主任。现任深圳大学太赫兹中心副主任（常务）、深圳市微纳光子重点实验室副主任。在Photon. Res., Appl. Phys. Lett., Opt. Express, Opt. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., J. Mater. Sci., IEEE JLT等刊发表论文240余篇。获美国发明专利授权近30件、中国发明专利授权70余件。曾获德国洪堡基金、机电部科技进步二等奖、深圳市优秀论文奖。
Ouyang Zhengbiao, male, born in 1963, PhD, professor, doctoral supervisor, first-session council member of the China Optical Engineering Society, senior member of the American Optical Society, and senior member of the Chinese Optical Society. He was graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology with a bachelor''''s degree in 1983 and a doctoral degree in Physics and Electronics at the University of Electronic Science and Technology in 1988. From 1992 to 1993, he worked as a visiting scholar at the Institute of High Frequency Technology at Hamburg-Harburg Institute of Technology in Germany. He was the fourth-session provincial-level scholar of Guangdong Province, the first Shenzhen Double-Hundred-Plan talent, a local level leading talent in Shenzhen, and a visiting professor at Yuanzhi University in Taiwan in 2005. His research areas include photonic crystals, metamaterials, photonic integrated devices, optical communication, terahertz technology, and more. He formerly served as a member of the Education Guidance Committee for Electronic Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education, an expert member of China Terahertz Network, and an editorial board member of various journals such as Sci. World J., Integrated Opt. Lightw.: an Int. J., Am. J. Optics and Photonics, J. Matter. Nanosci., Journal of Photonics, and Terahertz Sci. and Tech. In 1988, he joined Shenzhen University and once served as the Vice Dean of the School of Electronic Science and Technology and the Director of the Faculty Professor Committee. Currently, he is the Deputy Director (Executive) of the Terahertz Center at Shenzhen University and the Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Micro Nano Photonics Key Laboratory. In Photos Res., Appl Phys Lett, Opt Express, Opt Lett, J. Appl Phys, J. Material Sci, IEEE JLT and other journals he had published over 240 papers. He received nearly 30 US invention patent authorizations and over 70 Chinese invention patent authorizations. He has won the Humboldt Foundation in Germany, the Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress from the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and the Shenzhen Excellent Paper Award.
