个人简介

张东平,深圳大学物理与光电工程学院教授, 博士生导师,深圳市先进薄膜与应用重点实验室副主任,中国硅酸盐学会薄膜与涂层分会理事,中国表面装备专委会委员,深圳市真空学会副理事长,《真空与低温》期刊编委。先后获得广东省“千百十人才”、深圳市“高层次专业技术人才地方级领军人才”、“深圳市优秀教师”、首批深圳大学“荔园优秀学者”、深圳大学“优秀研究生导师”等称号。现主要从事光电功能薄膜、光学滤光片、薄膜MEMS传感器等方面的研究工作。主持完成包括3项国家自然科学基金在内的多项科研项目,作为骨干成员参加了多项国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、深圳市科技计划、上海光科技等多项课题项目的研究工作。以第一作者或通讯作者在国内外刊物上发表论文多篇,申请和授权专利多项。欢迎对精密光电薄膜器件感兴趣的同学加入!
